Shipping Information
Most orders are processed and shipped out 1~2 days.
When an order has been made after 3:00 pm on a Friday, the process of this order will start on the following Monday.
Packages do not ship on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- 4th of July
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Labor Day
- President's Day
- Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving
- Memorial Day
- Christmas
- Juneteenth

Online order

Returns are only accepted within 14 days from the date item was delivered.
Sale items are not eligible for a return.
The cost of returning the item and the responsibility for the item is yours and therefore we recommend using a trackable, insured service.
We do not refund any original shipping cost.
If returning from overseas, please mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are your responsibility.
If we have made a mistake with your order please let us know immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue at once.
Store order
Bring your item with its original packaging and tags. Purchased receipt is required for return.
The item must be returned within 14 days after the day it was purchased.
You can only receive a refund in the original payment method.
Any items that are spoiled by fragrance or body spray will not be accepted.
