The No.10 size works well as a pocket knife which is great for filleting small fish or impressing friends at your next dinner party. The stainless steel blade is mirror-polished for the most elegant finish.
The sheath included with this knife is made of rugged synthetic leather. This combo pack comes in a wooden pencil box with a plexiglass top.
Hand wash only. Do not immerse your knife in water, as this could warp the wooden handle. Dry the blade before closing.
Choose from four different sizes ranging from No.08 - No.15. Having a knife long enough and flexible enough to fillet is key to harvesting the most from your catch. Still not sure about size? Check out our recent blog article that should help you make the right choice.
We use Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% provides an excellent cutting edge and is easily sharpened.
The Slim Fillet knives come in a a variety of different woods. Ebony, Buffalo Horn, Beech Wood, Olive Wood and Padouk Wood.
